'I believe the two fundamental joys of human life are creativity and connection, so ADP’s vision speaks to me of a community that can bring those two things together.'

Kimberly is a passionate advocate focused on accessibility and unlocking the potential of our people through inclusive and accessible practices. This approach to social justice is informed by her background in comparative psycholinguistics and communication across cultural difference.

With a BA in Linguistics and Psychology, Kimberly earned a Certificate in International Learning from her studies at the from the University of Alberta and the University of Jyvaskyla, using reflections from her time as a Rotary Exchange Student in Spain.

Kim’s role involves the oversight of ADP’s current and future action plans regarding Reconciliation, Gender Equity, Climate Adaptation, Accessibility, Wellbeing and Social Procurement, among others.

‘Working in Corporate Social Responsibility within the Property and Construction industry is an exciting challenge with a lot of space to explore and create meaningful impact.

Recently, I have spent a lot of time reflecting on my place in the building and construction industry, and what value I can offer. I always come back to my thoughts on ADP’s purpose which is to ‘create great environments with great people.’

I believe the two fundamental joys of human life are creativity and connection, so ADP’s vision speaks to me of a community that can bring those two things together. I think about relationships and the connections we naturally form through our work. I think about Country and the natural systems we participate in.

We often use this statement to describe our approach to project management and design, but I would argue that you could inverse that statement to make an equally true point. ‘Great environments create great people.’ I am grateful to witness this type of transformation through my work and look forward to the future being created at ADP.
