ADP Consulting announces Daniel Johnson as inaugural Director for new London office

With Australian offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide, Daniel’s appointment marks a significant milestone for ADP Consulting as it expands its footprint internationally and enters the UK market.

An experienced engineer with over two decades’ experience working in the London market in senior executive roles, Daniel has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results while spearheading business growth and fostering solid, long-term relationships.

ADP Consulting CEO, Belinda Coates, expressed her enthusiasm saying, “the UK has one of the largest real estate markets in the world, it is also a sustainability-led market which has many synergies with the Australian one.

With his experience balancing project delivery, business strategy and management responsibilities, Daniel will be a significant asset as we build our presence in London and the UK”.

Having worked with clients such as UBS, Cambridge University, GSK, major racing brands as well as within flagship buildings such as 1 Soho Place, 22 Bishopsgate and 5 Broadgate, Daniel will lead ADP Consulting’s entry into the London market with a focus on the firm’s strong sustainability offering across a wide range of sectors. Of particular interest will be build-to-rent, education, and asset revitalisation projects.

Commenting on ADP Consulting’s first international office and Daniel’s appointment, the firm’s two Founding Directors, Jason Afford and Laurent Deleu, noted their excitement as well as pride witnessing the business they jointly set up twelve years ago grow from strength to strength.

Jason Afford, noted “We are very confident that with his strategic mindset and commercial nous, Daniel is the right person to lead the charge locally. He is also well connected with many of our clients here in Australia who are also significant property players in London such as Hines, Oxford Properties and Foster + Partners”.

ADP Consulting’s London office was officially opened by ADP Consulting’s CEO and two Founding Directors, during their visit to London this week.

Based in London with a national remit, Daniel will officially start in his role as Director, Growth & Strategy UK, on 6 November.
