ADP GRADUATE PROGRAM

Start your career in a fast-growing, fast-paced and dynamic engineering consultancy by being part of our two-year Graduate Program.

Working alongside industry-leading professionals, our program blends technical knowledge and hands-on experience. You will learn all about designing engineering solutions, project management and ensuring a positive client experience in a multi-disciplinary practice that works across sectors.

Under the guidance of our team of experienced engineers, we will equip you with the knowledge and skills to undertake detailed building services engineering design and analysis, as well as define and translate clients’ needs into building designs.

Our graduate program for 2024 is now closed.

Applications for 2025 will open in May 2024.

INTERNSHIPS

ADP provide opportunities to engineering undergraduates with short term work experience placements. Interns would work on current engineering projects with ADP staff and for a specified period of time.

What are we looking for…

You are in your penultimate year of university, have a natural ability to develop excellent communication skills to complement your excellent academic achievements.
