“The Grad Program is an authentic experience that will prepare you for the real world, while providing you with a great network of support and mentorship. You will be challenged, but you will also have fun, learn a lot along the way and be provided with many opportunities to develop professionally and personally.

I’ve been able to shadow different people in meetings where I could see how they approach problems and communicate with clients. I’ve gained exposure to different disciplines and parts of the business which has broadened my perspective and understanding of the industry.

I genuinely feel proud to be part of a company and team that is making a difference and taking care of one another.”
