Launch your career with ADP Consulting, a fast-growing, fast-paced, and dynamic engineering consultancy, through our two-year Graduate Program.

Ayesa Worldwide Graduate Program

Now that ADP Consulting has joined forces with Ayesa, graduates and junior team members have the opportunity to apply for a work placement in Ayesa’s country of origin, Spain.

The Worldwide Graduate Program is designed to nurture the best talent and shape the leaders who will transform the future of Ayesa. The program is intended for both external candidates recruited ad hoc and internal employees from all international offices who, meeting the requirements of academic excellence (external candidates) or high work performance (internal employees), are interested in applying for international mobility.

Applicants must be:

  • Willing to undertake international assignments of up to 2 years as part of the program;
  • Under the age of thirty;
  • Academically strong, with a Bachelor’s Degree in their relevant field;
  • Performing at a high level, assessed through a number of competency evaluations and tests.

Internships

We offer 12-week internship placements for engineering undergraduates. Interns are embedded in real project teams to gain meaningful, hands-on experience.

Applications for internships are open year round.

Who we’re looking for

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • A relevant tertiary degree in Engineering
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Teamwork and relationship building skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

What to expect in the recruitment process

We’ve designed a simple and supportive process to get to know you and give you the chance to learn more about us:

  1. Online Application
    Submit a short application form – it only takes around 3–5 minutes.
  2. Video Interview
    Record answers to 5 short questions to help us learn more about you, your interests, and your communication style.
  3. On-Site Interview & Testing
    If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to one of our offices for an interview with senior leaders. You’ll also complete some short aptitude tests (DISC, verbal, abstract, and numerical) – these typically take around 60–90 minutes.
  4. Reference Checks
    We’ll chat with the referees you’ve provided.
  5. Verbal Offer
    We’ll give you a call if you’re successful and talk you through the offer.
  6. Formal Offer
    Once you accept, we’ll send you your official employment contract and welcome you to ADP!
