ADP Consulting Melbourne team now thinking from 17 Bennetts Lane

In a move that perfectly aligns with our 15th anniversary, ADP Consulting has relocated its Melbourne operations to 17 Bennetts Lane- a precinct defined by its rich history and forward-thinking design.

The recently completed 21-storey tower is more than just an office building; it is a “vertical village” that bridges the gap between Melbourne’s iconic laneway culture and the future of the workplace. Situated in the heart of the city’s former jazz precinct, this striking development introduces a modern, multidisciplinary commercial hub to the CBD skyline.

For ADP Consulting, this address holds profound significance, having served as the Lead Sustainability and Building Services Consultant on the site’s redevelopment (led by Perri Projects and Pellicano). From early design and complex challenge-resolution phases to the project’s completion in late 2025, we were instrumental in bringing the vision for 17 Bennetts Lane to life. Now, we have the unique privilege of transitioning from lead consultants to the building’s first tenants.

Spanning two premium levels, our new home has been purposefully designed to foster a client-first, team-oriented culture.
