A dynamic change agent and proven leader in formulating strategies that make an impact, Belinda Coates boasts over 20 years of experience advising property and professional services firms on all facets of business growth.

In her role as CEO, Belinda is responsible for delivering the company’s strategic vision and steers the national and international expansion of the business.

Belinda has previously held leadership positions at global architectural firms Hassell and Woods Bagot, and most recently led the five-year strategic plan for top-tier quantity surveying firm, Slattery.

Devoted to creating meaningful impact in the property industry, she spent four years on the Property Council of Australia’s Diversity Committee, and co-founded the influential women’s group, TEN Women, to elevate the voices and experiences of women in the property industry to create a meaningful impact. Under Belinda’s stewardship, the group has raised over one million dollars to support women and children affected by homelessness.

In 2022, Belinda was awarded the Property Council of Australia’s inaugural ‘People of Property Award – Industry Impact’ in recognition of her efforts advancing the industry and its people through leadership, advocacy and philanthropy.
