Chantel manages ADP’s business operations and runs internal projects across our offices to achieve a more efficient and productive way for our people to work. 

She began her career in operations in London in 2016 working for a global engineering consultancy and has previously worked in management consulting, hospitality & hotel management. She has always loved working with people which has been the common thread throughout her diverse career. 

Drawn to ADP for the company’s vision to “Inspire a better world through influence and design”, Chantel loves being part of a community of like-minded individuals who have a shared aspiration to create great environments to live, work and play. She believes that when diverse people work together, they can unlock opportunities an individual never could. 

Passionate about driving others to succeed, Chantel believes communication, empathy and understanding are integral to fostering excellent working relationships. In addition, she is a firm believer in knowledge sharing and tailoring information for the intended audience. 

After leaving school, Chantel followed her passion for art and studied design at university but ultimately felt unfulfilled due to the lack of interaction. Finding her niche took a lot of tenacity and career changes spanning from agriculture to travel, which has given her the experience, insight, and knowledge that she holds today.
