Drawing on her previous experience in recruitment and finance, she ensures the smooth operation of our Sydney office, providing executive-level support to Board Members and Directors all while fostering a positive, enriching and productive environment.
In her role as Employee Experience Coordinator, she is responsible for championing an inclusive workplace culture, enhancing the wellbeing of the team and championing initiatives that prioritise employee satisfaction and overall welfare.
