"My enthusiasm lies in creating lasting, sustainable environments in collaboration with a passionate design team to deliver meaningful change and benefit to our communities."

With over 9 years of experience, Sam has developed a strong technical background through working on a variety of public and private sector projects in Australia and the UK, including commercial, leisure, education, healthcare, community, heritage, industrial and residential.

Since being at ADP, Sam has led the base build for the redevelopment of the iconic 299 Bourke Street Redevelopment in the heart of Melbourne, a project he is particularly proud of as it preserves the heritage and legacy of a CBD landmark.

He has also loved working on several projects at Chadstone, especially The Social Quarter and believes the work we’re undertaking in collaboration with Vicinity Centres, including the implementation of sustainable strategies developed holistically with our ESD and building services team, is driving efficiency and decarbonisation.  A testament to the ADP vision of creating great environments for future generations.

A career highlight for Sam was working on the Taf Vale Redevelopment near his hometown in South Wales. The project was a major regeneration project which developed a dilapidated shopping precinct into a thriving town centre with community features and facilities. It was and still is an amazing uplift in the local area which inspires further development and growth.
