With over a decade of experience in Fire Safety Engineering, Vicky Phillips has a wealth of knowledge which she acquired working on a broad spectrum of projects, from expansive high-rise structures to intimate small-scale developments across a wide range of sectors.

Early in her career, Vicky was the Fire Safety Engineer on the $2 billion Crown tower in Barangaroo, a now landmark project within Sydney’s iconic skyline.

A strong and experienced Fire Safety Engineer, she has worked on several Public Private Partnership projects. Notably, she served as the Lead Fire Project Engineer for the $1.5 billion New Footscray Hospital in Melbourne’s west, demonstrating her commitment to delivering top-tier healthcare to her local community.

Specialising in healthcare and social housing projects, Vicky takes a holistic approach to fire engineering, addressing fundamental issues with keen attention to detail. She takes pride in her commitment to delivering Performance Solutions that effectively tackle unique challenges without compromising coordination, budget, timelines, or safety. This dedication extends to ensuring intricate project nuances are thoroughly addressed.

Part of the national Fire Safety team, Vicky leads the Victorian offering and plays a pivotal role in providing technical fire engineering guidance to design teams. She places a lot of importance on collaborating with local regulatory authorities and aligning project objectives with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards, client needs, and fire brigade requirements.
