A highly motivated professional with a calm and methodical approach, Nilesh brings close to two decades of industry experience in mechanical services design – both in Australia and UK – to his role.

Having successfully managed the design and construction phases of projects in the mixed-use, commercial, education, healthcare and retail sectors, he thrives on a challenge and is passionate about delivering simple yet creative and efficient design solutions for his clients.

A stand-out project of his is a major refurbishment of Imperial College London’s 1960s mechanical engineering building, where works were undertaken in several phases with decant spaces created to maintain operation of teaching and research facilities.

In addition to taking the lead role on several projects, Nilesh leads one of the Sydney mechanical teams providing mentorship and guidance, as well as being responsible for overall project delivery.
