19-25 Campbell Street is a 30-storey, Build to Rent development that aims to provide affordable liveability in the Bowen Hills area of Brisbane.

The 380 apartment development will include two recreation levels, a rooftop recreation deck with a pool, spa, and BBQ area, and a lawn and roof terrace.

Approximately half of the podium level is dedicated to resident amenities which include vegetable gardens, an outdoor gym, BBQ areas and a boules court.

Designed by nettletontribe, the concrete, glass, and bronze metal structure on the ground level creates a strong base while maintaining a level of transparency with stunning aesthetic details.

The tower materials incorporate timber and greenery to connect the podium to the rooftop terrace vertically. The concrete balconies, planted edges, and shady undercroft paths reflect the subtropical climate and connect occupants with the natural environment while maintaining sufficient sun protection to the apartment’s glazing.

The project has also been registered with the GBCA to deliver a 5-star Green star outcome using the new “Buildings” tool. This will address the needs of occupants in a post-pandemic world by creating healthy, sustainable buildings that can connect people with nature, provide a Net Zero pathway that reduces ongoing carbon reduction and effectively future-proofs the building well into the future.
