St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee (SVPHW) is a state of the art medical facility providing essential health services for up to 16,000 patients annually.
The hospital features a comprehensive range of facilities, including a day procedure centre, four operating theatres (one theatre a Cath Lab), 32 acute medical, surgical, and rehabilitation beds, and 16 maternity birth suites complete with a nursery. Additional amenities include support areas, a fully equipped kitchen, storage spaces, a chapel, car parking, and designated shell spaces for future expansion—including consulting rooms, medical imaging, additional wards, and theatres.
Recognised as a major investment in the City of Wyndham, one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions, the hospital plays a crucial role in addressing the healthcare needs of the expanding population. Adjacent to the hospital is a new residential aged care facility, designed to accommodate 80 residents requiring dementia, low, high, and respite care.
A key challenge in the project was designing the central services infrastructure to support future expansion, maintaining flexibility whilst staying on budget. The ADP Consulting team achieved this by developing a comprehensive master plan, ensuring the site operates efficiently at full capacity.
With a significant upfront investment, our team implemented cost-saving methodologies enabling seamless upgrades to key plant and services. This strategic approach ensures long-term financial efficiency while guaranteeing that future expansions can be completed without disrupting hospital operations.
