“The Fraser Coast Regional Council in partnership with the Australian Government, is building a better lifestyle for Hervey Bay and creating a revitalised world-class city centre and civic hub”.

We are incredibly excited to be involved in delivering the new Library and Council Administration Centre (incorporating DRC), which will be the backbone of the city centre revitalisation and positively impact an entire community.

Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, the new library will expand over two levels and include flexible community spaces that can be used day and night. A new public plaza will be created on Main Street, and a pedestrian link through the site will provide a new front door to the parklands in Pialba.  There will also be a new Council Administration Centre and Disaster Resilience Centre.

ADP is working closely with the design team and Council to provide a design that will service both Council and the Community.
