Developed by GURNER™, Saint Moritz presides over St Kilda’s stunning esplanade and comprises 133 private residences across three towers.
An evolution in luxury living, Fender Katsalidis & Koichi Takada Architects have designed the ultimate lifestyle for residents in Saint Moritz, an architectural icon envisioned as a tribute to its stunning coastal surrounds.
The lush, resort-style complex includes 4,500sqm of luxurious amenities including bars, spas, a wellness centre, library, cinema, 25m pool, whisky bar and virtual golfing space. It also includes Melbourne’s most expensive apartment, boasting a $30M price tag for the 650sqm penthouse apartment.

Our team worked with GURNER™ and Crema Constructions to deliver several sustainability and wellness-oriented outcomes on the project, including 4 Star Green Star Certification.
Sustainable aspects of the development include a large solar array and energy recovery ventilators to improve the air quality and overall health of residents.
Adding to Saint Moritz’ air of exclusivity and luxury are the direct access lifts, allowing residents complete privacy as they enter their apartment, and the high-grade, bespoke intercom system engineered to control and manage access for guests.
