The $1.7 billion resort will comprise three buildings, surrounded by over 9,000sqm of luxurious amenities, lush tropical greenery, and water retreats. In addition, it will host three private islands rivalling the world’s best resorts and luxurious lifestyle destinations.

Designed by Warren and Mahoney, the 60-storey tower – a defining feature of La Pélago – will be home to premium retail and hospitality offerings as well as Australia’s first St. Regis hotel. The ultra-indulgent, 6-Star 185-room hotel will set a new bar in luxury for the area. In addition, there will be a health and wellness precinct, private resort and club with a sky bar at level 41. The landmark tower will boast 470 residences with a spectacular penthouse collection across levels 43-64, that will emulate international service and luxury beyond imagination.

ADP has been providing several unique solutions on the project, including provisioning services for the residences to target a 7-star NatHERS rating. In addition, we are developing solutions to the challenges of having a high-end hotel in the middle of a high-rise tower, between residential apartments and penthouses.
