The famous Philip Morris factory site in Moorabbin has been transformed into a net-zero, industrial-inspired precinct that sets a new standard for urban renewal projects across the country.

Historically, the site has always been a place of prominence in the community, and developer UP Property has continued this tradition by delivering a transformational urban precinct that is as dynamic and flexible as it is interactive and diverse.

The redevelopment of the sprawling 62,700sqm site was masterplanned by a team comprising Melbourne’s best architectural firms, among them ClarkeHopkinsClarke and Genton.

The new development, Morris Moor, includes state-of-the-art showroom, offices and commercial spaces, hospitality venues, childcare facilities, car parks and gardens across seven buildings and landscaped surrounds.

Our team provided infrastructure design services for the repositioning of the site to incorporate all of its multiple uses as well as Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire Protection, Sustainability and Communications across the development.
